This service remains free for older videos created before October 30th ('Old' mode). To process new videos with the @username watermark ('New' mode), you'll need an access code, which you can get by subscribing on Patreon.
Three plans are available, depending on your needs.

Old (no @username) is the free version that processes the original Sora 2 watermark (the logo) in its standard location on **vertical (portrait) videos only**.
New (with @username) is the subscriber-only version. It processes the new @username watermark on both **vertical and horizontal videos** and is designed to find it in multiple locations. This requires a valid access code.

You can get a 'New' access code by becoming a subscriber on our Patreon. This support helps pay for the server costs.

Absolutely! The 'Old' tool is free, but server costs add up. If you find it useful, any support is greatly appreciated. (Note: one-time donations do not include a 'New' Sora2 WM removal access code).

This can happen for two reasons:
1. You used the 'Old' toggle on a 'New' (@username) watermark. Please select the 'New' toggle and enter your access code.
2. The watermark shifted to an unexpected location. The 'Old' version expects the watermark in a fixed position. The 'New' version is designed to handle multiple watermark locations. Please try the 'New' mode. -
Unfortunately, in rare cases, Sora 2 draws the WM in non-standard locations. This most likely happens if it thinks you want to crop the screen area (e.g., if it renders a video on an old TV). In this case, it moves the WM to unpredictable places.
Unfortunately, we have not yet learned to detect it, as not only its location but also its size changes. Finding the WM in non-standard video locations is a very complex and resource-intensive task that we have not yet mastered. Therefore, we currently promise support for no more than 90% of uploaded videos, but we are working to increase the success rate.

Try to make your Sora 2 prompt less dynamic. The more static and monotonous the background is, and the fewer the camera movements, the better the removal will be. See our examples above. Also try to use shorter @username.

The service accepts .mp4 files up to 100MB. The free 'Old' mode is optimized for 10-15 second vertical (portrait mode) Sora 2 videos with the original watermark (no @username). It will fail on videos with the new @username watermark. The 'New' (paid) mode is required to process videos with the @username watermark and supports both vertical and horizontal Sora 2 videos up to 15s. (If you have Sora 2 videos 25s or longer, let us know, and we will try to enable support for you).
